BEWARE OF FORECLOSURE SCAMS!
Due to the high number of foreclosures happening nationwide, there are a growing amount of people and "companies" preying on the circumstances of someone who is in a difficult financial situation. These "companies" will ask you to give them money to "negotiate" or proclaim that they have the power to stop the foreclosure. Some will convince the homeowner to sign over their home and never make a payment. Some will go so far as to take your home and put you in a position to rent it back with conditions and a "timeframe" that make it impossible to repurchase your home. DO NOT let this happen to you.
8 Point Property Solutions encourages you to do your homework when deciding who to work with. 8 Point Property Solutions would like to make clear to you and commit that at no time will 8 Point Property Solutions or any of its representatives ask you for any funds out of your pocket, period. We will NEVER ask you to sign over your home without proper funds paid to you or to your lender. We will NEVER disclose your private information to any business or individual. 8 Point Property Solutions will never sell, solicit, persuade, deceive, convince, or pressure you or anyone in working with our company.
